I have also noticed any posts related to algorithmic bias perform exceptionally well.
So do random posts unrelated to work - or simply related to something in the news (e.g. the social media ban).
What underperforms? - Anything related to negotiation — the work I actually do.

Yes, one core topic, but sadly a topic that is strongly male-coded.
I think the algorithm is challenged bc I don’t fit the profile of what someone who posts about negotiation “should” look like.
It simply doesn’t know what bucket to put me into.
